Return & Refund Policy

We take great care while creating and shipping every product. However, if something doesn’t arrive as expected, here’s how returns and refunds are handled.

When Returns Are Accepted

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product arrived leaking, broken, or unusable

  • The package arrived empty or incomplete

To raise a request, please email us at care@thecolony.in within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly share clear photos or a short unboxing video as proof.

When Returns Are Not Accepted

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used

  • The seal has been broken

  • The product has been tampered with

  • The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery


Return Process

  1. Email hello@thecolony.in or WhatsApp on +91 93727 01695  within 72 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description
  3. For empty packages, provide an unboxing video
  4. Our team will review within 24-48 hours
  5. Once approved, we'll arrange free reverse pickup from your address
  6. After receiving and verifying the returned product, we'll process your refund or replacement

Refunds

  • For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed to your bank account within 10–14 working days

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
